Tharfield Nursery Ltd - Conditions of Sale
By confirming an Order with Tharfield Nursery Ltd (TNL), you accept these Conditions of Sale and agree to be bound by them. The Conditions are legally binding even though they may not be signed by you.
Process for Ordering
- Contact Andrew or Johannes via phone or email.
- Quote will be emailed to you and letter highlighting the process that will be followed
- Your order will be confirmed once your deposit is received
- Licenses with one of our partners may also be required and they will contact you
- Further 2 progress payments may also be required
- Final payment will be required prior to the plants being despatched. This invoice will include any applicable royalties and freight.
- The deposit/progress payments may be partially or fully non-refundable should you cancel your order and whether
- TNL is unable to ‘on sell’ these plants or
- TNL has to reduce price to sell the plants in the optimum sales window.
